Lovettech Devices is an early-stage medical-device company investigating opportunities to improve instrumentation used during arthroscopic meniscectomy. Our team works across clinical discovery, engineering, and business strategy to translate real procedural needs into purposeful design concepts.
Contributors have the opportunity to help shape the company at an early stage, work directly with a multidisciplinary team, and gain experience in medical-device innovation and entrepreneurship.
Help guide clinical discovery and early regulatory strategy. Responsibilities may include synthesizing surgeon feedback, refining clinical requirements, researching potential regulatory pathways and predicate devices, and supporting risk and documentation activities.
Support concept development and technical evaluation for arthroscopic instrumentation. Responsibilities may include translating clinical needs into engineering requirements, reviewing design concepts, identifying technical risks, and advising on prototyping and testing priorities.
Assist with early mechanical concepts, CAD development, design iteration, and preparation of models for future prototyping and evaluation.
Current opportunities are remote, part-time volunteer or advisory positions. Expected time commitments and responsibilities will be discussed with each candidate. These roles may evolve as the company grows and secures additional resources.
